The form includes a few questions regarding any special instructions for exchange such as what you’d like to exchange for, color, size, etc.. We would also love to know why you’re returning your item? Perhaps the color wasn’t what you expected, the size was wrong for you, or you didn’t like the styling?
Your answering these types of questions allows us to work at improving our products and improving your website experience. We can then work on things such as more accurate color images, more information about size, perhaps adding a pocket, or even a new size bag, etc.. Your responses help us to help you.
We’ll ship you the exchange product you requested as quickly as possible via UPS Ground Shipping on our bill, or refund (credit) your account for the purchase price of the item returned. You will be sent a tracking email upon shipping out your exchanged item.
Please note that depending on stock availability, an exchange could take up to 10 working days before shipping. If you require faster shipping please make note of it on the form.
